Do all new clients have to schedule a consultation for a Good Faith Exam?
Yes. The Good Faith Exam (GFE) is for your safety and benefit. You may book your service of choice prior to booking your GFE consult to reserve your preferred day and time. Services will not be rendered till GFE is complete. Once you are cleared, you may book unlimited amount of treatments fit for you. It is up to the providers discretion to have you medically cleared annually (once a year) or every six (6) months depending on your individual health status and needs.
Purpose of GFE: For your safety and best health outcome, it is important to review your medical history and confirm that there are no contraindications for treatments. You will virtually consult with a provider and discuss the best treatment options for you.
Do I have to pay for a Good Faith Exam?
No. GFE exams are free with service.

How long will it take until a La V Health Fusion staff makes it to me?
