What is IV infusion?

IV infusion, also known as Fusion Drip at LVHF, is a medical technique used by healthcare professionals to directly administer hydration, medications, and nutrients into a patient's veins. For example, if you have a vitamin D deficiency and have received medical clearance for a visit from LVHF, you would typically receive a customized vitamin drip containing a specific blend of vitamins, antioxidants, or electrolytes. While you relax, a catheter will be placed in your arm using our high-quality vein finder (if necessary). The treatment will then be infused into your arm for an hour or less, allowing you to feel rejuvenated.

What is IM Boost?

IM Boost refers to intramuscular injection, a method utilized by medical professionals to directly deliver medications and nutrients deep into selected muscles such as the upper buttocks, shoulder, or thigh. For instance, B12 is a crucial vitamin that supports the health of the body, brain, nerves, and blood cells. It is often administered in the buttocks or deltoid muscle (shoulder). The large muscles in these areas have good blood flow, enabling the injected B12 to bypass the first-pass metabolism (avoiding the gastrointestinal tract). This leads to quicker absorption and a faster effect compared to taking B12 in pill form. Remember, after an IM injection, it is important not to rub the area as it can cause bruising.
